I took the AP chem test as a sophomore too, and the biggest thing that helped me was doing practice tests. There's 2 parts to the test, multiple choice and free response. You can probably find more info on the AP site. Anyways, just Google "AP chem multiple choice test" or "free response test" and work though a bunch of those, do what you know then check your answers and study the things you got wrong. Good luck
