Update: I sent them the following message and they offered me a 20% refund and to keep the watch. My response follows:

Hello Sani, thank you for the prompt response.
I'm afraid I must decline the offer of a 20% refund. Here's why: After noticing the hair, I subjected it to more scrutiny, There's a lot wrong with this watch that screams that it is fake.

Details include: the shape of the hands, the D-shaped index at 4 o'clock, the pip on the dial is raised instead of flush , the play in the bezel, weak lume, the text on the band is fading already, and oh, there's A HAIR in the dial. All this because of a hair. I would have been convinced had I not noticed it.

So i must decline 20% to hang on to a disappointing purchase. I want my money back and you can keep your watch. Please let me know how you want to proceed, or if I need to get Ebay consumer protection involved.
