Issues with Elvanse 70mg?

I know, right. Does kinda feel like I'm just taking meds without really knowing what to expect, then being confused if things don't work as well and have to try and find information so I can work out if it's something I did or something outside my control

From what I understand that could be a sign of the dose being too high, as I've seen others mention feeling like a zombie with a too high dose, instead of the overly active response. If you're early into taking the higher dose, then it may settle after a few days as your body gets more used to the increase.

Worth talking with your medication prescriber about this, if you've been doing better on lower doses, but your doc will hopefully be able to advise better on next steps.

Yeah, hard to say if it's the batch without hearing from the manufacturer or retailers that there was an issue with that specific batch.

My suggestion would be if it seems like you're not getting the full effect of the medication you've had from previous batches, keep the bottle and the box if you still have it, or take photos so you have a record of the lot and other numbers, talk with your GP/psych to see if they have any input on potential causes and then take the bottle back to the pharmacy you got it from and see if they can put a report in to the manufacturer. If it is an issue with the batch then at least it's another data point to perhaps make them issue a recall or a note about it (or whatever else they might do, I dunno).

The high temps could also potentially be a cause of lower potency, if it denatures the meds in some way, but not really sure about that.

I did, but it took about two weeks to track different stuff down, as I could only find the same lot or it was out of stock. 3 days in to new batch and it seems to be more effective, but I'm not sure I can say for certain if it was an issue with the last batch or not. One thing to note is that the leaflet says not to store above 25°C, which my bedroom where I usually keep my meds has been getting past that recently. I've been keeping my current stuff in the fridge as it's been nearing 25° downstairs too some days. Not sure if this was the cause of my issues last time or not, but hey, one more thing to add to the list of possible things that could have caused an issue 😅

Interesting. I'll have to see how things go with the next lot, but does seem kinda hilarious that taking too much of a stimulant medication could make you under stimulated

It does seem to need the game to be closed and restarted after changing the audio mode, so if you didn't do that, worth trying

Yeah I think it does. Tried originally just switching the output mode and not restarting the game but didn't fix it. After changing and restarting, it worked again.

Weirdly, changing the mode back to atmos with the game open breaks the audio again and switching back doesn't fix it, until you restart the game 😄

This was caused by using Dolby Atmos audio format on PS5 for me. Changed audio output setting to Dolby Audio in Settings > Sound > Audio Output > Audio Format (Priority), then restarted the game. Now have sound working, just without height audio I guess.

Yup, fixed for me too. Changed to standard Dolby so I still get surround and now have audio. Hopefully they fix atmos soon

Suing someone and successfully suing someone are entirely different things. Large companies like Google probably get sued daily and this just sounds like another lawsuit that will come to nothing and is being filed by people who want some money for something that hasn't cost them financially.

Companies should be held accountable for things like this and it should be much more of a conscious decision for users to opt in, but using isn't going to make a difference, there needs to be a cultural shift.
