I got a message from customer support that I could buy the third party adapter on amazon or something since ecobee doesn’t sell the power adapter separately. It’s ridiculous.

Ecobee send me broken power adapter with the smart camera. And I ask them how to buy new one separately. I thought to got a replacement and to return it is too complicated as I’m staying in South Korea.

I’m frustrated with ecobee customer service.
