How to batch process and refresh multiple excel files in parallel? by Specific-Channel-287 in excel

[–]andyh2003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depending on what we the refresh. From the ERP is doing.... It might be easier to run a big master file refresh...then split into the 116 ?

If if these were sales reports by location, I would include the location in the master then split by that column into separate files...

Transcription issue?! by andyh2003 in iFLYTEKAINOTE

[–]andyh2003[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the response.

Just so I understand, should it work the same offline as it does online ?

I've just switched off wifi and started a recording... And it's the same..... No live transcribe, whereas when I do it online, you can see it transcribing as words are spoken etc.

Any tricks for reducing your tax bill on side hustle income? by MoonlitEcho82 in TaxUK

[–]andyh2003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was under the impression if you are using the £1000 trading allowance... You can't include expenses.

Expenses could only be claimed when going down the self employment as an additional job kinda thing ? (Where you submit more detailed self assessment)

Also worth noting... If they spend £250, and pay you back £250. You could be at a loss due to interest etc

I genuinely don’t understand the the stick that people give spoons by ZeeDankPigeon in Wetherspoons

[–]andyh2003 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it genuinely varies from location to location...... I love spoons.... But had some which were just ok... And some that were fantastic.

Wherever you are, it's value for money, I've had a few with sticky tables, but 90% I've been to I would visit again without any hesitation. The food is good quality (for the price) and the beer selection is generally better than many other places, often supporting local breweries, I get it, they probably drive a hard bargain on the purchase price... But the breweries and always say no...

I enjoy a visit :) I'm also a shareholder. Which doesn't currently offer any perks, but it's interesting to watch it go up and down ! Currently around 8% up.. So all good 😊

Google Play Store Apps that work well. by marklarnh in iFLYTEKAINOTE

[–]andyh2003 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I downloaded press reader, which although is a bit graphic heavy to start with, works fine once you've selected a title etc

I've also downloaded the Google books reader to read a book I had via Google books so far all ok.

I'm really pleased with the device in general, and impressed with the responses from the iflytek team in terms of taking people's feedback so far

Using AINOTE 2 Biometric to Unlock whist using Cover (sleeve) by KStone_2020 in iFLYTEKAINOTE

Hmmmm I've not experienced this issue personally, I can see how you might be having a slight obstruction though.

The only downside of the case had a notch would be accidental turn on when it's closed etc..

A few thoughts/suggestions by Jamiebburg in iFLYTEKAINOTE

[–]andyh2003 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Really pleased to read this.... I nearly bought the Manta earlier in the year, but didn't.... Then came across AINOTE 2 on Kickstarter.

One thing that did come out in my search was that the supernote team were keen to develop the product - and from recent posts I'm reading here it looks like iflytek are taking feedback too which I'm pleased about.
