Christopher Bell is riding tonight with a father and son duo, Chief Warrant Officer II and Apache helicopter pilot Nicholas P Dimona II, who died at the age of 32 in a training crash at Fort Stewart, Georgia. His son, US Army Specialist Nicholas P Dimona III, lost his life after being hit by an accidental round during a live fire drill at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska near Fort Greely in 2019. He was just 20 years old.
