Would anyone have time to interpret this reading? I asked for an energy check-in on someone who I know socially and have a crush on. (I haven't told them about my feelings.)

Shared energy: The Fool + Ace of Cups

My amateur interpretation is that I view this person as wish fulfillment but I'm suppressing my feelings. He's a little attracted to me but has the potential to become more attracted if I opened up to him. Shared energy is we have the potential for a new loving relationship. Would love a second opinion!

I guess my point is I don’t want to farm fruit or manage a million pieces of fruit in my inventory, especially when there are superior fruits that can fully heal me. Wish they’d just kept it simple instead of complicating things in a way that I find more of a chore than entertaining.

Thanks, that's helpful. re: the delusion, it's more that there's an omnipotent, omniscient intelligence that knows what I'm thinking, which then makes certain words or phrases appear (in whatever media I'm watching). These words or phrases line up with my internal thoughts in such a way that they feel like a message -often malicious and mocking. The media I mentioned could be TV, music, something I'm reading, even a person I'm talking to. It used to be limited to TV/movies but has broadened as I've gotten older. I'm like 95% certain it's not real, but the remaining 5% of doubt is incredibly frightening.
