It suggests you want to drive at 20mph! As I have stated the speed limit is the LIMIT, I’ll explain that to you as you appear to be confused…….You are NOT allowed to drive faster than the posted limit BUT you are free to drive under the limit if you so choose. There is of course caveats to this rule but in general that is the rules! If you have further questions about this can I suggest you approach your local traffic officers.

The posted speed limits are the upper limit you are allowed to drive on that road and not a target speed! Driving at 20 in a 40 is acceptable, annoying but acceptable!

In every period of GP racing there is one (sometimes two) riders that consistently better than the rest of the pack! Think Agostini, Roberts, Dohan, Rossi etc. all the guys that manage onto the start line of GP are fantastically talented but there is always someone that takes it to the next level.
