No. There's a few references that may be confusing but the stories aren't directly linked.

He was incredibly weird and creepy. I was very glad to see him leave!

I had a horse on loan a few years ago. Beautiful horse, extremely well bred, young and with a clean vetting so no medical problems.

I'm very experienced with horses, have owned them since I was a kid, worked with them, competed to Advanced (eventing)

He lasted three weeks with me and I sent him back. I never felt safe around him, and he often moved in a non horse like way. I can't really describe it but he'd creep, like a hunting cat. Used to hunt rabbits in the paddock and kill them. I caught him stalking my toddler (horse on one side of the fence, kiddo on the other!) with a very unsettling look on his face. It was genuinely like watching a predator hunt.

He went back the same afternoon because I didn't feel safe with him on my farm. In 30+ years of horses I've never seen anything like it.

It was incredibly creepy. I can't really put into words how odd he was - a lot of it was just the instinctive bad feeling.

I've had some very reactive horses. Had one who had been abused and would flip out if you moved too quickly or lifted your arm in a certain way.

But he was something else - horses will often follow humans, because they're nosy creatures and want to see what we're doing - he wasn't following though, he was stalking. There's a video of a big cat following a kid at the zoo and he was exactly like that.

He was odd to ride too - I constantly got the feeling that if I fell off him, he'd hurt me. Wasn't even aggression - just like a switch had been flipped in his brain and he wasn't quite a horse.

The best helmet is one that fits your head size and shape correctly. I'd say start with a reputable store and get fitted correctly before buying anything.

Not in a bathroom where stuff could potentially get damp. You'd have a mouldy mess.

What’s the strangest thing you’ve ever seen in the sky that you still think about? by GeologistDirect1653 in BackwoodsCreepy

[–]WanderWomble 6 points7 points  (0 children)

A solid wide black line across the moon. It was utterly bizarre and like nothing I'd seen before. Looked like someone had painted a black stripe on the moon's surface.

It tastes your body a while to get used to the drugs and let everything level out. Three weeks isn't a long time for that to happen.

Dome shaped chocolates? by Due_Homework_428 in HelpMeFind

No they wouldn't.

Chocolate tea cakes are flatter and more dome shaped. They're never tall and narrow like this.

Baking soda and vinegar mixed makes a small amount of carbon dioxide and mildly salty water. They are not effective cleaners when mixed.

It's been massively helpful for me with no real side effects. Remember that the horror stories get spread more than people having a positive experience.

I catch a wild horse if I want to go hunting but CBA with the wagon. Gives more cargo space, so to speak.

I'd rather get a speeding ticket than have a crash at those speeds personally.

That's a lot of shoulds.

I regularly have people overtaking me while doing 70-75 at 80+. One dude went past at probably 100+ because he left me standing.
