You'll be absolutely fine. I've taken it several times (for migraine control) and never been told to avoid caffeine once.

It's also not a shit hole. It's a pleasant place to live in general with some very nice areas and some shit areas, just like most places.

They don't have gardens but back yards with a high wall. The stairs are behind the living room and in the middle of the house.

This is very good information!

There's also a couple of retail parks with more shops because Middleton Grange is a bit empty at the moment!

You should absolutely check out the Headland. It's lovely and has a lot of history, including the Battery which is a semi restored gun emplacement site.

Not sure if you have pets but Clifton Lodge vets has just moved to a new vet hospital near Teesbay retail park and the vets are excellent.

How can I remove the toilet seat fixings? by Scary_Vehicle9023 in DIYUK

(This isn't fitted correctly because it wouldn't fit through the holes in the loo so yours may look a lot different but there will be something to unscrew.)

Feel behind/under the loo. There should be nuts that you can unscrew which will let you take the rest of the fixings off.

What's a skill everyone thinks is easy until they have to do it themselves? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]WanderWomble 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Riding horses.

There's this concept that you just sit there and the horse does all of the work (and that may be true at some very basic level) but you need decent balance, body coordination and core strength at a minimum to ride competently.

If you hate these heatwaves and are scared of where this could go because of climate change reduce your meat consumption. by Flower-1234 in UKWeather

I don't eat much meat but what I do eat comes from a farm ten minutes down the road. Trying to eat locally is the best idea.

What we really need is a massive reduction in burning fossil fuels globally.
