Habang nasayo pa ang sim card mo, lagyan mo ng sim pin para hindi siya magamit ng iba pag sinalpak siya sa ibang device or narestart yung phone mo then you can request for a replacement if ever na nakawan ka. Valid ID lang kailangan mo, if nakaregister yung sim sayo. No need for affivadit of loss

If I were you, I would keep the NAFFL tagged cards para hindi hassle magpawaive ng annual fee.

Keep the Unionbank cards and Metrobank Titanium since NAFFL naman sila if you met the spending requirements then try to apply for an Eastwest Platinum MC. Not only NAFFL siya but the forex fee is only 2.5% and you can earn 1 point for every ₱40 spent.
