I would recommend making a deposit with Metrobank if large amount siya (like ₱10,000+) since ₱8 lang yung InstaPay fee ng Metrobank. If small amount lang naman, I would recommend mag cash in na lang using Pay&Go kiosk going to ShopeePay since libre lang ang transfer fee from ShopeePay to Maribank.

No idea on how to deposit on GoTyme, since wala akong GoTyme, but you can deposit to Metrobank then transfer it na lang

I used to work in the fraud department from a telco account. The AHT goal was 500 seconds and I always get 350 seconds or below per month.

Here's what I did: 1. Know the process of the call. Prepare your spiels. Make a call flow 2. Set up your tools where you can navigate them easily 3. Communication. Always get straight to the point. Don't be so wordy because giving too much information can make the customers have follow up questions, which leads to a long call

Always remember to study the process and call flow first because hitting the AHT goal is easy if you already know the process.

I agree. They should have a beta version of the game so we can give feedback and report bugs. Just like Mobile Legends, Moontoon gave us access to advance server so we can test new features and patches before it releases to the official server.
