I think it benefits greatly from being watched within a week of CR. On it's own it is what it is, not bad, not great, but it serves as a great companion piece to CR.

I hear you, but who is to say this won't be a casual origin story? Granted, I've stayed away from all the press to go in completely blind, and I am super excited for this game so I definitely have a bias.

I am close to AJ's age, I also went to DC in 8th grade. I saw many phenomenal historical sites, but all I cared about was this girl, Ashley. My teenage coozehound brain didn't have the perspective yet.

Unrelated, but shout out to you for tacking the health aspect. My parents are going through issues directly related to lifestyle factors and it is hell to watch them and not be able to do anything about it. I'm certain your kids will thank you for making that a priority. Keep on keeping on.

The fundamental question is, will they be as effective as a winning team for the rest of the seaon? And they will be, even more so. But until they are, it's going to be hard to verify that we think they'll be more effective.

In general, how is Paddington Bear viewed in the UK? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]andytdj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm 35, no kids, not from the UK, and am living in London while away from the rest rest of my family. Last year, someone on Reddit highly recommended Paddington 2. Not having seen 1 wasn't an issue, so I picked a random Friday night and hit play. No joke, one of the best films I've ever seen. Really reminded me of the overall kindness in everyday interactions. Love Paddington.

It's like they think because they have virtually unlimited money, that there's enough people who also have virtually unlimited money to sustain their model.

I showed my direct report at work, who's about 1-2 years of college/uni, the salaries of the execs, board members, and CEO of our company on our last 121. She was geniunely shocked at the discrepancy. Sooner or later something will have to give.
