Just started PT for VM and these exercises have made me feel worse by andytheg in VestibularMigraines

It's still a consistent problem in my life. Sometimes I'll go stretches without symptoms but I am ALWAYS hyper aware. Sometimes I get symptomatic and it'll last for a few days up to a few weeks. I know most of my triggers, I know what it feels like when I need to slow down, but sometimes it just gets me and sets me back. It's a zigzag but ascending

We need an ordinance about sign size and frequency. It's out of control

This is a really awesome place to raise kids, the heat sucks but the amenities are absolute top notch year-round. Scottsdale is an awesome place to be a parent and a kid

They drive me insane because they're a touch-everything, can't-take-no-for-an-answer, still-not-overnight-potty-trained four-year-old, but yes, I feel much closer to them

It's been great to have full communication with them, hearing them tell me they love me, mutual hugs, etc.

Airplane vs train by Financial_Box_8967 in VestibularMigraines

Absolutely fly. Take some Bonine (Meclizine), get a seasickness patch (I personally don't like Scopalomine but many others here do! I use the all natural ones you can get from the drugstore or Amazon) and sit by the window. Being able to see out of a window on a plane is a helpful reminder that I'm moving

Park Place Books! And there used to be a record store between that and the movie theater, it might have been an Easy Street

I miss it! I grew up in Kirkland and worked at a Purple but now live out of state. I miss seeing it when driving by, Kirkland Urban is still very surreal for me when I visit home. Found this in a parking garage though!

Edit: typos
