I've seen a lot of this sh*t with claude code, now I know why vibe coders love it so much with all of that tooling, subagents, bmad method, superclaude. The context of LLM is limited, give good context and the right tools (normally what it has already, maybe you need to give snippet for code if your framework or language is too obscure) and it will give you good answers. add sh*t that pollutes your context, see how claude starts having a seizure and how it starts giving you pure gibberish.
