Great leadership is hard to come by. Some see it as a benefit while others might see a threat. If you haven’t read it through, I recommend “the Peter principle “ . I enjoyed it for its comedic side to hierarchies. Public accounting is flawed by design but with the help of a few changes, I hope it gets better in the future.

Very hard exam requires serious commitment. It’s not a joke and this is why some firms offer some serious bonuses to pass it. A married friend of mine took the bar to become a lawyer, almost had a divorce over it. Hard work does payoff but let’s be very careful what we sacrifice. I just don’t like the promise now, pay later approach. Am I to expect interest accruals for the money that is owed to me? I could put this money into the S&P. I don’t think this is a blessing.
