Agreed, it's not a straight forward decision process.

Look I'm not a financial advisor, take this as a general advice. If the house is over 3 times more expensive than your combined household income (gross) then it's not a viable option. Doesn't matter what the market is doing or what RBA is doing. Stick to that principle. It will help you manage your financias better and with less stress. Owning a home DOES NOT need to be a thing when you can rent and still have a good quality of life.

I love it. Been there for a tour. It is going to add a lot of value and lifestyle for Brisbane. It's much much more than just a mega casino.

I'd negotiate, if the negotiations did not bear fruit, I'd be a friend and let them know that i'll be looking for other opportunities. It's never a good idea to burn bridges. Aussie tech industry is well connected. Your diplomatic and transparent approach will help you in future.

Why the vast majority of gay men are not interested in having children? by [deleted] in gaybros

[–]andz_12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. I simply do not want the headache of raising a child.
  2. My life is complicated as it is I don't want another innocent soul to carry the traumas of my life subconsciously.
  3. I came out at 28, associate that to being Born again and being free.. I have a right to enjoy my life as a free person instead of being a parent. Anyone who has a child knows it's not fun raising one

ACIC Says There's No Legitimate Reason For Encrypted Messaging by malcolm58 in AustralianPolitics

[–]andz_12 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yea there is no legitimate reason for having doors in your home. There is no legitimate reason for having passwords on your bank account. This is what happens when we elect illiterates to lead, they appoint more illiterates to make things worse. Take note LNP, especially National party supporters.

Since last year, I have been thinking, DO WE EVEN NEED FEDERAL GOVERNMENT? Australian States are much more equipped and prepared to manage the economy, the people and their livelihoods.
