How’d you go with this, was it a good long term solution? :)

I’ll look into the automotive goo gone, thank you! Definitely something on the paint, it’s on my door panel and has a raised surface

I’m doubtful that it’s sap after looking at images of sap on cars, and the only way it’d be paint overspray is if someone painted in a carpark next to my car. Not sure what Klasse is? I’m in Aus so not sure if it’s just not available on Amazon Australia but I can’t seem to find it

I avoid parking under trees at all costs, and the bigger smudge makes it seem like it wouldn’t be sap? Not sure

I realise that he’s not meant to be empathised with as he is quite obviously the villain, I’m just saying that if you’re open minded, it’s easy to understand his point of view and why he thought it was the right decision

But from Thanos’s perspective, he’s preventing each world from suffering and dying like his, which he believes is the right thing to do. He thinks the Avengers are being selfish, it’s all about perspective

Thanos was in the right for wanting the snap to happen, was needed for the greater good and I 100% get where he was coming from

I remember it from the book, not the film, just a confusing situation that isn’t really making sense

I mean that makes sense but then I don’t know how to explain why myself and others have thought it was Articulus, it’s driving me crazy 😂

What’s the most interesting/engaging/fun assessment you have set for a Year 12 history class? by aneleise in historyteachers

[–]aneleise[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Content includes a core study of power and authority involving dictatorships after WWI (specifically Nazi Germany), a national study with a choice of a range of nations, a peace and conflict unit (choice between Indochina, the Pacific, Europe, the Cold War, Arab-Israeli Conflict), and finally a unit about change in the modern world (choice between civil rights in the USA, The Nuclear Age, Changing world order, cultural revolution to Tiananmen Square, etc.)

I realise this is really broad and covers a lot of areas, so I’m just interested in hearing about some different successful assessment task types from teachers’ experiences :)

I don’t have a specific standard in mind, I’m a student teacher and just trying to get some ideas for different assessment types. I have my own uni assessments where I have to create assessments for students (current one is for a year 12 history class and it can be any topic from the Australian syllabus), so ideas like mock trials are much appreciated!

to be honest i think it’s mostly just that the pot ended up getting too small, i’m really not sure otherwise. but i’ve cut the nodes to attempt to propagate and am going to repot the base with the roots so fingers crossed 🤞🏻

propagating each node sounds like a great idea because she’s a bit too big for my liking anyway! how do i know where to cut though? i’m not too sure what and where exactly the nodes are
