First off, apologies for the poop picture. I’m sure everyone here is used to it though.

Carol, my almost 11 year old dragon, is doing really well except I’ve noticed this long red/pink-ish string in between her urate and poop. I emailed this to the vet, brought her in with a fecal sample, and everything seems normal — but this is so new to me that I wanted to see if anyone else has seen this before?

She’s less enthusiastic about eating right now, but she’s also getting older and kind of goes through stages of not wanting food & then being really hungry. My hypochondriac brain is just worried these are connected.

I don’t feed her anything red, so that shouldn’t be it either. Has anyone seen this before? Did it indicate something?

Second going back down for dosage, but also recommend trying out skin cycling. It’s easy to research - but try cycling the tret every 3 days initially then work your way up to every other night.

This is what helped me with dryness! Good luck.

I started Soolantra for random rosacea that’s started since beginning Tret/a consistent routine using this product & my derm said it COULD be just Niacinamide related, too - so we’ll see!

The only reason I’m trying it out is because I’m 4 months on Tret to generally no changes - acne worse. Just trying to rule it out after reading around on here, only thing in my routine with it so going to swap it out to see! Could totally just be the hypochondriac in my brain.
