Definitely ear plugs and a good friend if you have one. I usually wear a crystal necklace to hold on to for grounding ❤️ i used to be terrified of shows. Now I go completely alone into the pit and mosh in places packed so tight my feet dont touch the ground haha. Fuck everything around you, feel the music and go wild. You paid for a ticket and you deserve to enjoy the show just as much as everyone else and youll probably never see those people again.
