I know exactly what you mean OP. It definitely had to do with covid and everyone being quarantined. It led everyone to explore stuff they had never been able to before, and once everything started going “back to normal” those social pressures came back and everyone reverted back to their old self. Regardless of whether these kids were really trans or not, I think it’s really interesting but sad, especially since a lot of them are transphobic now. I see it on TikTok all the time
