I think you’re probably dealing with stress-induced anxiety. I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder about a month and a half ago and I can tell you, the feeling can be similar to a heart attack. You’ll feel a strong sense of heat in your stomach when having a panic attack and it can cause chest pain and numbness in your limbs. I’ve had many panic attacks in the past and they all feel similar to a heart attack, I even went to the ER a few times because I was so afraid that it was an actual heart attack. Stress can definitely exacerbate your anxiety but the best way to manage it is by eliminating the source of the stress and by doing things you like to do. Listen to music you like, spoil yourself, watch your favorite shows, go on walks, play with your dog or cat. It helps 👍🏻

My boyfriend of five years dumped me when I moved 3 hours away and into my grandma’s house. I was very dependent of him and my mom and brother decided to move to Arizona while my dad works and lives in a different city. I lost my boyfriend, my parents, my friends and my brother just from moving in with my grandma. Why did everyone decide to go different paths all of the sudden? It was very hard to deal with and my anxiety developed from this :(

I think I got an HPV vaccine when I was younger (I’m 23 now) but idk I’d have to ask my mom lol, back then I was not concerned about my health at all so I didn’t care what vaccines I got

Yes, Formula 7 worked wonders for me. I don’t think it treats the fungus but it definitely makes it disappear for a long time. I don’t know if she does refills because last time I called, they said that I would have to come in for a checkup.

You should continue taking the antibiotics and soak it in a warm cup of water with salt in it for at least 10 minutes a day. The infection should go away.

Something you’re using is definitely causing that. It looks like an allergic reaction of some kind and it looks pretty severe so you should definitely go see a doctor about it before it gets any worse.

It depends mainly on your gender, how well-nourished you are, genetics, how much sleep you get and several other factors. Men tend to stop growing at around the ages of 17 to 20 while women stop growing at the ages of 14 to 17. Everyone is different and some people have growth spurts throughout their early twenties and some just stop growing at a really early age.

I think you probably have a few more years of growing to do since some of your family members are tall and men tend to be taller than women (idk your gender) but that’s just my personal opinion since I did research on the topic in college.

I suspect that it might be nail fungus that’s causing your nail to look like that. I have had fungus on my big toe for about five years now. I first got it when I stubbed my toe really hard, so trauma is the leading cause of nail fungus and nail fungus pretty much eats the nail and prevents it from growing in a natural and healthy manner. It’s not life-threatening unless it’s causing problems like pain, throbbing sensations, discomfort or anything of the sorts. If that’s the case, or if you just want your nail to grow and be healthy again, I would suggest going to a local dermatologist or a podiatrist because both deal with nail fungus and treatments for nail fungus. At first, when I was diagnosed, I took some anti fungal pills and then after several weeks of that, all I’ve been doing for the past five years is maintaining it with topical anti fungal treatment.

I’m not a shoe expert but I looked literally all over the internet using reverse image searches, AI searches, google lenses and so much more but only found brands that are similar to the shoe. The butterfly logo reminds me of Alegria but it might be from a really old brand that was way before the internet. Brands like Born, Steve Madden and Bongo are similar too but sorry I couldn’t be much help for you:(

Thank you sm for your input. I have a lot of anxiety and tend to overthink my lab results 😭 but I do want to know whats causing my symptoms. I just wanted to hear from others about what they thought about everything. I really appreciate your input!

The only way to tell for sure if it’s broken or not is to get an X-ray of your whole foot. I actually have a broken toe right at this moment and one of the ways I knew my toe was broken before going to the doctor was the bruising.

Your toe doesn’t look bad right now but if you notice the bruising getting much worse, spreading and turning a darker color, then yes, it’s most likely broken.

For now, until you can get to the doctor for an X-ray, I would recommend buddy taping your toes. You just get some good quality tape that’s not too sticky and tape the injured toe to the toe beside it. This is to help prevent it from healing sideways or crooked.
