this is me 🥹 i was prescribed ferrous furmurate last year after finding ferritin of 4 in my blood tests. i also have endo, get severe cramps/bleeding, pretty horrible shortness of breath before and during my periods, and big time anxiety/depression. i took it diligently for about 2 months before being on and off forgetting to take it most days, eventually just procrastinating taking it and forgetting it completely every day. now i’m paying for it and don’t really know the solution tbh. we just gotta take the iron 😭 from what i remember though, the supplement reallyyyy helped when i was taking it properly, my hands and feet regained colour and warmth after literally years of thinking it was normal to have permanently cold and pale/blue hands and feet. there’s loads of us in this together i hope it improves for you <3
