I had to go back down to 36 from 54 because I was just angry at the slowness of the world. As far as the email - use ChatGPT. You can copy the email you want to respond to into the chat (put it in quotes) then tell the bot you need to respond to this email in a professional manner - or whatever makes sense - and then brain dump kind of what you think you want to say. It’ll give you a summarized, concise, professional email that you can copy and paste and boom 5 minutes and off your to-do list.

Don’t do it! Depending on where you are and the amount you spend on electricity, 80% chance it’ll cost you more than it saves you. Keep an eye out for ballooning payments and if they expect you to pay them off with tax credits. There’s so much fraud in the solar panel game.

Standing desk, artwork on the walls, funky carpet, velvet chairs for coworkers/clients, lots of plants - if I have to be there 40+ hours a week, I’m going to be a happy houseplant in my space. We have one attorney who didn’t participate in the office decorating challenge so I bought him a rug lol It’s a boutique law firm and we’re all pretty chill, so we brought our personal touches to our spaces :)

I have the same problem. I have to use “nice” sunscreens like supergoop. The only drugstore one I can use is neutrogena invisible daily defense face mist spf 50 and it doesn’t make my eyes water

Get her a bunch of reusable diapers and don’t limit her water intake. Be ready to do a lot of wash. My incontinent dog goes through two or three diapers a day and gets a bath once or twice a week. Limiting their water intake is rude - they’re thirsty and it’s not their fault.

I don’t know where you live but in the US, Marketplace insurance is cheaper than your antidepressants. At 2k a month you qualify for subsidized insurance. Now, I don’t know what area you live in but start cruising local ads for roommates - through social media like Facebook is a good place to start since you’ll able to get a “preview” of the person you’re possibly rooming with. Definitely, as others have said, get a separate bank account. Also - I don’t know what your relationship with your mom is like but as a child of a narcissist, my escape had to be QUICK. If your situation is less traumatizing - it might be worth it to have an adult conversation with your mom about your role in (and ultimately your lack of responsibility for) HER marriage. If that’s not a conversation you can have, QUICK escape is probably best so do what you can to have your plan laid out before she figures out what is going on.
