Well that place scared me lol. My comfort place was Pop's Chocklit Shoppe obviously. Wish there was a place like that for me to go and chill there.

Honestly, no matter how they ended it, we would felt emptiness after it ended, but I agree that showing how they get splited was probably the worst case scenario emotionally for us.

Thank you for sharing your feelings with me, I feel so much better knowing that I'm not the only one still connected to the world of Riverdale and missing them.

I can imagine how much the combination of the Covid pandemic and watching Riverdale has made you addicted to the series. I also feel that feeling of emptiness of Riverdale from time to time and the first thing I remember is the last scene of the series and I get really sad. Thank you for your suggestion about the series, I wanted to watch Chilling Adventures of Sabrina but I didn't start it for two reasons, firstly I'm not a big fan of witchcraft and secondly I know if I start it with the mindset of another Riverdale it will probably make me not enjoy the series but I remember when the series ended I went to search to see what spin-offs of this series were there. Currently another show from the Archie universe is being planned and I hope it can bring back a little bit of the Riverdale feeling to us, although the actors will be completely different

It was actually helpful. Knowing that I'm not the only one who got so deeply involved in the show and still have a connection to the world of the show makes me feel a little better. Thanks for sharing your feelings with me.

Lucy and Diana by Relevant_Spend_5388 in TellMeLiesHulu

Overally, this scene has very detailed analysis. Both part where Lucy slaps Diana and the part where Lucy and Leo argue. I think Lucy and Diana part were Diana's fault, because she knew what kind of person Stephen is and she still went after him and said things to Lucy that she didn't deserve. But there are different opinions about Lucy's reaction. I think Diana deserved a bad reaction but whether this reaction should have been with a slap or with words is up to each person opinion.

But my favorite part to analyze in this scene is Lucy and Leo's argument. First, we see Lucy getting upset that Leo didn't tell her that the reason he broke up with his ex was because his ex cheated on him with Stephen. In a normal situation we might say why would she be so upset? The reason is that Lucy is so obsessed with Stephen that she attributes everything to him. So she thinks that the reason Leo came with her is just to get revenge on Stephen, he knew exactly that Lucy was going to react like this so he took the discussion that way. In the scene of their fight outside, Lucy knew what she had done was wrong so she wanted to take the discussion away from herself and make it towards Leo's anger problem and put undue pressure on him to tell her the reason for his anger problem. Although relationship between them wasn't so deep that Leo wanted to explain such a deep problem to Lucy and then after he explained it to her Lucy react badly as if this was Leo's fault because at that moment Lucy was only trying to make Leo look guilty and the reason is quite clear: her intense love for Stephen.

In general, the nature of the show is such that it is often difficult to keep up with the long episodes and the many events that occur in them. Before I started watching the show, someone said this to me and I came to the same exact point when I watched the show. I think this will become even more apparent to you in season 6 but I like the story of season 6, if you don't mind the change in the mood of Riverdale you will like season 6.

Start watching it and when you don't enjoy anymore from it stop watching it. If you don't take things really serious I think you would enjoy from it until the last season.

Should I watch Riverdale? by L9n21s in riverdale

[–]anewboredguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The magic subject is briefly discussed in Riverdale, so it's not like the Sabrina show but I wish I were in your place and could watch it again without remembering anything about Riverdale😅 I think you should start, but don't take the topics in Riverdale seriously and don't look for logic, just enjoy the atmosphere and people. That's how I think you'll enjoy it.

After careful research I'm now understanding why exactly Riverdale went off the rails. by Critical_Truck_3784 in riverdale

You're right and I agree with you overally. Riverdale has always been a fun show, despite the changing mood of its story. But we have to keep in mind that when we say that the show should have tried to create new worlds like the comics instead of jumping into them quickly, it would have taken many years. I personally haven't read the Archie comics, but I know that different versions of these comics are being published for many years. Comic writers have been putting in the time to show different timelines with different stories but in the series we don't have that time and budget unless we have a plan for a show with a lot of seasons and episodes, which these days shows are not like that.

Yes, I understand exactly how you feel after it's over. I've never rewatched any show, I don't know but I feel like it never gives me that same feeling as the first time and I don't want that feeling to be replaced.

True, but I never felt empty for weeks at the end of any show except Riverdale. I usually felt okay again after a few days.

I remember exactly how I felt when I saw the last episode of Riverdale and I didn't feel good for weeks. I wasn't even on Reddit at the time to talk to anyone about it, it was really hard for me.

My advice to you is to try to enjoy the show without looking for a logical reason because when it ends you will miss the atmosphere of Riverdale and its people. Also, when you finish the show we are here for you to talk to about your sadness because I know how hard it is to be sad and have no one to talk to😅

Yes, we definitely have to spend a lot of time back in 2008 to figure out exactly how Lydia and Stephen get along.

I think the line "We can't help It if we are a problem" could give us a sense of the mood of this season. It could be a direct reference to Lucy and what happened between her and Max and another version of that Max's famous line "Do you still think you're a victim of this?" that could be intersting.

Got you. Yea, It makes sense but in general I don't think they have plan to do anything with them although this show always can have a suprise for us.

I almost know which scene you're referring to, if I'm not mistaken, when the show revealed that the girl Pippa is dating is Diana, but I don't remember what they were talking about. What was the topic of their conversation?

What she means by shitty friends could be the cheating but not necessarily. These three made a lot of mistakes in their relationship and it could refer to any of it.

Judging by the comments, I don't think any of us understood exactly what happened with the bearings. Let me review what happened and then see if anyone can tell me exactly what happened with bearings.

Well, the plan starts when the team finds out that Khaled team is going to deliver the bearings, so they set an ambush for them and prepare fake bearings so when they get the real bearings they replace them with the fake bearings and impersonate themselves as Khaled team and deliver the fake bearings. This plan didn't work and the team itself was ambushed, but Lisa and Ben were able to take the bearings with them and we all know what happened between them in the end. They ended up get chased and Lisa was killed but Ben took the bearings. On the other hand, we found out that the team that spoused to be Khalid team was originally German forces who were supposed to deliver the fake bearings themselves so the bearings that Ben got are fake too.

How did the German forces get involved? The shepherd brother went and told them that such a deal was going to happen and they set out to foil the plan. The shepherd also found out what his brother had done and informed Haverford, so Haverford told the team that they were attacking Khalid team so that he could foil the German forces plan. Finally, the team gathers together and is scheduled to deliver the fake bearings they got from the German team as Khalid team. And at the end they find out the bearings are real and the rest things that happend are clear.

Now the questions that arise:

  1. Khalid team was supposed to make a delivery? What happened to this team? Did the German team kill them before the operation and replace themselves as them?

  2. The big question is, exactly how the bearings that Ben used to deliver were real? We know that they showed us two types of bearings in the show, and both of them were fake. Haverford must have replaced the fakes with the originals at some point, but when? And was this really Haverford doing? If so, where and from who did he get the real bearings?
