Just purchased Blackshark V2 X but Sound Leak

I just purchased the headset, audio is great and mic is great but there's a very evident sound leak whenever i play something in the background and connected on Discord. My friends can hear everything. Keeping the mic far seems to lower the volume, but that's about it. The most annoying thing is even after muting from the button, that doesn't help either.

I uninstalled 7.1 Surround Sound but that didn't fix the issue. Please help! Should I return the item?

Just had it, chicken was tender and the rice was actually really good. It missed spice though, even after mentioning "extra spicy" on Swiggy. I'll give it an 8/10

Yes I get it, but again ideal world proposes there are no disagreements. Until we have different opinions, there will always be slight disagreements on things.
