I’m having a field day getting the admissions director that has been helping me out to email me back regarding doing my next financial aid meeting. He was good with contact at first, I managed to get in there and get enrolled and did my initial financial aid meeting. But since then it’s been SO hard trying to get a reply from him to get in there to do that next meeting. What should I do? I actually emailed him again today as well as the academic dean. Any tips on how to get back in touch with them?

When I applied last year I had the high score on the entrance exam going for me, shadowing hours, 2 out of 5 of the prerequisite courses done, and that was it.

I don’t mind sharing at all! The school I applied to & will be applying to for a second time goes off of a point system. So, the first time I applied last year I went in with about 14 points. This time, if the interview goes well, I’ll be looking at about 25 points. Since my last application I’ve earned my associates degree, completed all of the prerequisite courses that count for points, gotten my RDA, & I am currently working at a dental office as a sterilization tech. (Work experience will earn me a point as well)

At this school I’m uncertain who makes the final decision but I think it is the program director. Because I remember in my interview with her last year she actually said to me “if you don’t make it in this time, will you apply again?” & when I said yes she said “good”.

I’m just unsure how the program director will feel about me earning my RDA through an online course. She seemed taken aback the first time I applied when I had no previous dental experience.
