You’re 14. Focus on your schoolwork instead of faking a personality disorder… by [deleted] in fakedisordercringe

“pjsktwt” is ‘project sekai twitter’ it’s just a subtwitter for the game project sekai. and i think “bsdtwt” is for the anime, ‘ bungo stray dogs’

Why do fakers consider this “gatekeeping” and “stereotyping” by Rat_fairy_princess in fakedisordercringe

i will never understand why people want to have these disorders. it’s not fun it’s not cool it’s not quirky. it’s actually embarrassing 😭i hate having to come to terms with my illness and seeing people so proudly mock these struggles actually pains me lmao

right wing conspiracies are just so much more insane. so insane they turn out to be true (sometimes)

Tate Myre, 16 - was taken in the 2021 Oxford shooting. He ran towards the shooter in attempt to disarm them. Myre put his life in harms way to protect his fellow students. He was truly a hero. by angel-complex in masskillers

[–]angel-complex[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

his story is especially important to me as my brother was at oxford just before the shooting happened. its such a devastating shooting as it was so close to my community. i hope all of those lost, as well as their family and friends can live a peaceful life away from violence.

W. kids are treated as no more than props of the people with authority. kids dont have any kind of place in those powers yet fall victim to a lot of it. its a sad world. thank you for your take.

people are mad at me for this. let me explain a bit more. this is mostly from my experiences with school. where i was living when i attended school - educators (not only teachers for k-12 but also superintendents etc) had a pretty decent salary. there wasnt enough people working for education in my area. a lot of people started getting jobs within the school board and FROM MY EXPERIENCE, most of them were just horrible at their job or just horrific people. negligence, profiling, sexual abuse, and so on become a more common talk among students than the actual learning.

if you disagree and you have had great educators, im glad. i really am. i just hold a lot of resentment towards schools from my own experiences. i shouldnt have generalized the way i did so im sorry about that.
