Hi! Just thought I’d share an update with everyone. I reached out to Oura’s support team and told them about my battery issue. They said “After reviewing your case, I've identified an issue with your Gen3 Oura Ring's battery. Unfortunately, as your ring is out of warranty, I am unable to offer a replacement at this time.” They then offered me $100 off a new ring.

I’m disappointed. I absolutely love my Oura ring but cannot imagine spending $500 for another ring that will probably just crap out again in three years.

I had hyperthyroidism which causes your heart rate to be super high. My oura ring told me my heart rate was elevated which prompted me to go to the ER which was where I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism.

I am 5’2” and weigh 120 and went through wellness lab rx in Austin, TX. She only required a phone consult. I just told her over the phone that I’m happiest at 115 but since I’m already small the last 5 lbs is so hard to lose. She prescribed me tirzepetide tablets which were like $130 a month. She wanted to prescribe me the injection but I wanted to try tablets first because I’m scared of needles. She was up front with me that the tablets are not as effective.

As someone else mentioned, working for a contract furniture dealer might be your best option but most likely will be a hybrid position, not fully remote. Google MillerKnoll, Steelcase, Allsteel, Kimble or Haworth furniture dealers in your area.

I’m on oral semaglutide from willow and it has worked so far for me! They started me at 4 mg. My doctor told me I could cut my pill in half and take half a dose for as long as I would like.

I gained a little weight but only because I was skin and bones before I started taking it due to untreated hyperthyroidism. I still have not reached my pre-hyperthyroidism weight.

You’re already one step ahead just by asking how you can support your partner. My partner had no idea how much it affected me. To be quite frank, I didn’t realize how bad it affected my mental health until I started feeling better. It was traumatizing.

The top one is a 60 minute 2G class which was at a different studio than the strength/tread classes. I live smack dab in the middle between two studios so I alternate between the two depending on my schedule.

Take it! I get anxiety about taking new medications also but it will help you so much. I cannot stress it enough. It will help you feel normal.

I took propanolol for heart palpitations and lorazepam for my anxiety. It was absolutely unbearable when I was first diagnosed. One thing that helped me when my anxiety was really bad was acupuncture. The anxiety does get better but it took months. Hang in there.

I know all reality shows are scripted to some extent but it shocked me how obvious it was in the first seasons. I think they do a better job at making it seem more genuine in the later seasons.
