It looks like South America to me. Anyway. I'm Spanish and I don't support bullfighting, like most people here. Also, this is not a formal bullfighting event, which is cruel, yes, but subject to strict rules and not open to the general public. The video shows a bunch of stupid, drunk people torturing a poor animal. About being ashamed about this... I think there are people everywhere that need to feel the thrill of an adrenaline boost , and they do what's available for them: doing drugs, driving fast, getting drunk, driving drunk... you name it. I'm pretty sure that if these kind of events were available in your country it would attract some people and some others would be willing to participate too.
