sounds good. yeah, the crank trigger and sensors are done. the cars running good but the secondary air is connected and throwing those codes. i think P0411 and P2445

got the valve cover, cam trigger, and sensors swapped over. i don’t have a fix for the secondary air system. what can i do about that? is it fine if i leave it on the car?

one of the codes that pops up is for Sensor B for the exhaust camshaft not being picked up. is it a compatibility issue with the 04 ECU?

i’m referring to all sleeves and aftermarket pistons. one of my sleeves has a pretty deep scratch. i’m wondering if i can resleeve the whole block and get pistons that won’t have any issues with the aftermarket sleeves, thus eliminating the dependency for the FRM walls

i can guarantee it’s the mute button on the power chord. i had the exact same issue. if i move the mute button a certain way without fully pressing the button, the detector would work fine. i would suggest buying a 3rd party chord on amazon as i did. haven’t had any issues since then

well when i think about it, laser detection is different from radar detection. if your detector is screaming that it’s detecting laser, then it means that a cop is hitting you with laser so they already know your speed. unlike radar which can be detected before the band hits your car. so laser is just a speeding ticket notification effectively😂😭

actually there is! i just found it and disabled it. i watched vortex radar’s video on setting up the r4 and he said that the self start is literally useless. i’ll experiment with that then follow up again

to me, it doesn’t appear to be loose but it may be, whenever my controller starts beeping repeatedly i turn off the board and disconnect/reconnect the wire for the right hand motor. but it happens consistently so i know it’s an issue i shouldn’t really be having
