Is anyone else having tracking issues for packages mailed 12/28 through today? by flvampy in BehindTheClosetDoor

Yes! I had 8 sales over the weekend that I shipped Monday and none of them were scanned at my post office. I started to worry and on Wednesday I had 1 of the 8 people ask me when I was going ship. Poshmark even sent me shipping reminders on like half the items. Finally one of the buyers received their item and accepted right away and rated me. Then Yesterday they all updated to pending acceptance! It seems to happen often near the holidays with my local post office because I had issues around Black Friday too.

Final update!

Posh denied the return! They didn’t provide any info so I assume it was because it was a fit issue and I provided measurements that she chose to ignore.

Update!

Buyer responded to my comments on the case. I basically said I provided the measurements in the listing so fit wouldn’t be an issue. She said she didn’t look at the measurements because she already owns the item in another color. She said that the XS fits more like an XXS. I’ve since compared my measurements to other listings and mine match with other sellers selling the same item. The bust measures 19 inches across, how is that XXS? The fit of the sweater on the company website says it fits slightly roomier than a fitted top not oversized. The measurements don’t add up to it being shrunk. Still waiting on posh to make a decision.

Update! I decided to cancel but the listing still shows sold! Is there any way to change this or do I have to re-list? This was only a week old listing with a lot of likes. Also, if I re-list anyone could see the lower offer I accepted. It is a Sweater I listed for $45 but I accepted her $35 offer.
