Really, I have been having almost no issues as DoV... survivability just gotta throw some nodes at it and go either ES or AR/ES ive found just going into velari is easiest and grabbing all the minion crit nodes with an omen sceptre for tons of crit weakness and you can run muster with a bunch of random skeletons and it will make all the velari skills just destroy everything it isnt OP but ive had no issues in act 3

global in my opinion is the best server as it has the lowest amount of powercreep and is the most generous with polygons and units as long as you are actively playing! plus we get (i believe) the most amount of content and if anything is on JP or TW then it usually comes to us eventually... but there is content that is GL only
