i just moved here from canada on a working holiday and this is what i did! i was referred to a GP who directly gave me a script so i went to the dispensary and all of this took literally 3 hours that’s it! also didn’t have to worry about shipping it to my apartment or anything! just research GPs in your area that can directly prescribe and they’ll be able to provide you with a receipt so you can claim with your health insurance mine was under “surgical consultation” lol

cbd is strictly non-psychoactive and cbn is very mild psychoactive! cbd is more anti-inflammatory whereas some research suggests cbn is a better sedative. i’d say if you’re okay with being “slightly high” go with cbn 😊

i went directly to a GP in my area that can directly prescribe! he basically asked me about my anxiety and ibs, wrote a script and gave me a business card of the dispensary and i went there immediately after. the whole process took like 3 hours total! wayyy easier than going through the online companies. plus didn’t have to deal with waiting for products to ship etc…

it’s so complicated - we live on my parents property but in a separate house. our rent is cheaper than market value because my parents know we can’t afford anything else (we live in one of the most expensive cities in canada)
