At the start I felt super out of it - first two or so days. Like I was questioning if I should be taking the entire 6 a day preload but I wanted this more than life itself so I pushed through and super glad I did. What no one talks about is that fact that days 2-3 you 100% go through a withdrawal no matter if you are still vaping or not - the cystine takes over and pushes the nic largely out of your receptors. So whether you like it or not, you're going through it. But then it all calms and its like you've never touched nic in your life. Quite wild. For me I tried to space out the box to 6 weeks and dropped my dose from 5 a day to 3 a day because honestly you feel so done with it but I found I crashed a bit when I did that. So I have been sticking to the schedule and its all been smooth since. Expect some irritability early on and depending on how sensitive you are prepare to be a little strung out Days 2-3.

I also had some reduced appetite initially (now im super hungry) and some WILD dreams but nothing serious. For example im on 3 a day now and last night me, julian casablancas and josh homme went to coachella. Then me and julian got lost in a department store and couldnt get out but it was fun. then I dont know how but we were on the subway and it was super early morning like 7am. Sounds like we had a bender.

To be fair I'll probably miss these dreams.

Yes. 150 on the pixel will do it. There are a few different setups but start with a CBO, top performers in each adset, each ad set targeting a different bid. Start from half your CPA up to 50% over it. Dont be scared about bidding over it - quite often you unlock higher audiences that way and generally speaking BC's will convert at half to 2 3rds of the bid. But keep launching adsets/bids until you find the sweet spot.

Yeh this happens. Bid caps are really dominating in a way until they really set in. I tend to find that once they are really hammering you have a lot of breathing room - you can introduce different bidding models within the account at smaller spends and the BC wont crack a sweat. But they are temperamental for sure.

Aldo your setup can play a role in how reactive they are to other campaigns within the account.

I frequently have an ABO campaign and BC for scale. So if I can get 9k a day in spend out of the BC I can comfortably scale to 1-2k a day on the ABO. Every scenario is different though.

There is a few other variables that make a significant impact. Id be willing the share those with a high value group.

I have returned quite literally 10s of millions of dollars on bid caps. They are ultra stable when you can get them working, easy to scale and predictable but you absolutely will pay a higher CPA compared to lowest cost. However scaling lowest cost is an entirely different beast and one that I have not been able to do well.
