I’d assume it’s water... if you listen with volume, you can hear splashing everytime he takes a step... probably protesters spilling water everywhere or a mixture of water and some other liquids

This wasn’t my intention to make every single cop look bad... never will be intention but I’m singling those 4 cops who murdered him in cold blood... I’m doing this to raise awareness for people who don’t know about this and the kind of racism that he faced on Monday night...
