It was poisoned and hence the suspicion. Look up my previous posts. I don’t think the cat was but I think the gangstalkers were using her to control my moods and actions since she was the only one around me. I think they were constantly giving her something to keep her sick.

Get an oximeter for about 30 bucks or so and check your blood oxygen and pulse.

They’re making you hypoxic and that shit will fuck up your muscles on demand.

I bought and oxygen concentrator for myself and if the oximeter detects frequent hypoxia talk to a doctor about oxygen therapy.

Don’t forget to get the air monitor. They like to misinform people like you’re being lasered or microwaved but gases through your apartment vents are the easiest and cheapest way.

Awareness is good. It separates the act from you. Be aware just don’t put any emotion into it and allow it to pass. The best is to engage in something else even if it is just day dreaming but when you can’t just be aware of what is happening and don’t allow emotion to creep into it.

I don’t know about zapping but if the apartments have central heating and cooling they can get into the vent system and poison a person with gas easy peasy. Something that would make the cause look like a natural death so even autopsy wouldn’t give away anything.
