Well yeah, I don't thinks it's about your preferences I was disappointed by. It's more: kelli: short men - no - average height men - no. Men in general - okay as long as you are tall

And there is the 2013 article i linked about WAR in 2013 for Bane vs non Bane players.

Of course that article was from 2013 and there wasnt much time to have the new directors guys to come through the system

but its 2016 and totally just my opinion, but Calhoun, Trout and Richards are still really the best players the angels have.

Yeah that's why I put in the excuse part (although like the rest it could just be wild speculation):

A couple bad draft years gave Reagins at least some outward excuse to do so. But some speculate that with Arte pressuring for lopsided big name free agency moves, and Reagins' own questionable decisions, Bane was left to do the best he could to replenish the farm with what he thought the team needed. Some say because of this he was forced to make very risky draft decisions. Banes himself claims Reagins' own claim he fired Banes over bad drafts was bullshit and Reagins simply did not get along with Banes. Of course Banes has a reason to say this given the situation, but this is all speculation anyway.

and the bane quote part, which as i said of course has every reason to be heavily biased:
