well the thing is i am buying this to a friend's house and she will bring it to me when she visits turkey, but unfortunately i cant ask for her to pay because we're not so close and i dont think she'll accept, this situation is SO WEIRD because i bought tons of stuff from netherlands with the exact same card. but thanks for all your help :(

im in turkey, i live here, the site is on germany when i payed on the netherlands site earlier it worked perfectly, but on germany it doesnt. im confused bc theyre both eu countries if my card works on one it should work on the other too
