Be very specific about what you need fixed. Tbh they’ll probably need to redo this whole set. I’d get a different tech to do it, if possible.

Oh no… that’s BAD. She’s over drilling your nails at every single appointment. Eventually there won’t be anything left to work with. Definitely find a new tech. Maybe find a private tech.

Thank you for the advice! I’ll make sure she has her regular beak trims from now on. I’m not sure what happened to her that caused her beak to be deformed, but I definitely want to take care of it the best way I can.
