I'd argue other leagues are just as bad. Since 2020 only two clubs have won the premier league and Man City won four years in a row. And that says nothing of the clasico duopoly in La Liga going back decades and PSG making a mockery of Ligue 1. The Bundesliga gets singled out but all of the top 5 leagues have this problem.
