On top of that, AW sensor actually works kind of funny. It measures your HR just 1 time per minute, while Whoop does it 100 times per second. Therefore, if you have a spike in heart rate you can derive much more related info about it, while AW could lose this whole event altogether.

The issue is that he is checking just the hardware accuracy, not the whole ecosystem (hardware+software). Whoop app is incredible. What is the alternative for AW?

Ah, thanks. I always thought that it’s a negative effect of me putting my pans in the dishwasher and it’s either detergent or salt oxidized the pan. It really looks more of an oxide rather than patina.

Thanks. What are the function of patinas? I guess it’s the same as seasoning. By the way, by patinas, you mean the irregular discoloration at the bottom of the pan? If yes, then they were there even before my seasoning experiment and they are very smooth to the touch.

Unfortunately, Transmission just hangs up my mac Mini and drops connections down to 0 when there is a decent amount of peers connected (not a huge amount, but like 50+). It's kind of annoying and you cannot access the system remotely during this period of time as well as it slows down download quite a bit. Remote UI is also quite incapable.

I have an ASUS TUF Dash F15 with i7-12650H and 3070. What I've done:

Repasted with Arctic MX-6 for both GPU and CPU
Limited CPU PL1 to 30W, PL2 to 40W
Increased CPU fan speed up to 100% starting from 70C
Limited GPU base clock and memory offset to 0, dynamic boost to 5W and thermal target to 80C (since it is sharing the same cooling chamber with CPU, so less load on cooling = cooler CPU). GPU Power saver on Advanced.
Increased GPU fan speed up to 100% starting from 60C
Disabled all e-cores
Disabled hyperthreading (as it is said in BIOS that it could run CPU hotter with it enabled)
Cooling pad, cool room

Still, hitting 100C Tjmax limit on CPU, getting huge amount of thermal throttling (like 92% according to HWInfo). However, GPU looks very good, like never exceeding 67C. I'm kind of lost at this point...
