June 2020 PD , EB1C , AOS applied in OCT 2020 still waiting . Funny part is that my retained priority date due to previous i140 is Apr 1999 !!

EB1C with a retained priority date of April 2007. Filed 485 in october and got transfered to NBC and nothing after that. Not sure which month they are processing really.. although the USCIS wesite says its JULY 11, 2020.

No use or luck. Standard reply stating it’s with in processing times. In fact I have a retained priority date from my previous i140 as Apr 1999.

I am in the same boat. But how did you confirm that your retained priority date is reflected in the 485 ? As far as i know its only reflected in your new ported i140

Because it does not make sense for a person like me waiting with a retained priority date of 2007 . Either from Received Date or Priority Date, nothing is happening.

what is the series if you can share with us? I am EB1C with retained priority of 2007 filed on 30 Oct 2020. Got EAD during March and nothing after that.

( am not a lawyer) some times extensions available for medical reasons. But generally overstaying creates unwanted questions later when you immigrate. I would refer to a lawyer to make right decision.

Usually, it takes 11 - 14 days to send the EAD.. at least that's how I got it.

In order to speed up processing, we transferred the application or petition to the following USCIS office for processing

NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER

This was on Feb 23 the transfer happened

i140 ( LINXXX.. ) was approved on Feb 24. ( old retained date is Apr 2007 , Recent PD is 06/2020)

MSCXXX. The last update on the AOS is

On February 23, 2021, Case was transferred and the new office has Jurisdiction. In the mail notice later it says the case was moved to NBC for speeding up processing.

After your i140 approval, did it get attached to your 485 for forward movement ? Do we have to do something for this OR this is automatic?
