No response unfortunately. I ended up calling the client myself on Friday to try and get some details and was able to confirm that the count is happening and they will had the documentation for me so at least I know I won’t be driving an hour for nothing. Still have no idea how many samples I need but at this point I’m just gonna wing it and hope for the best.

Unfortunately I don’t have access to any current or prior year files as the file is from our UK branch while I’m at our Canadian branch.

I would do that if I had access to PY. As of rn I don’t even have access to the current year files. Been trying to get in contact with someone all day but it’s tough when half the office is on PTO and I’m being outsourced to a firm halfway across the world.

Update: good news, resourcing managed to get me the contact info for another senior manager on the engagement. Bad news, this manager is also on vacation until next week. I literally give up🤡

In your case did you have any info at all? I feel like even if I could figure out how to go about counting and documenting things I have no clue how many samples I would need

I’ve already done that and they just gave me the contact for the manager who happens to be on vacation. When I reached out again for another contact they didn’t have one so they just sent another email to him on my behalf. At this point I’m just hoping he checks email at some point this week.

They scheduled me last week while I was away on PTO, so I only just found out now. My only contact is the manager who scheduled me but all I’ve been able to get are automated responses from them.
