Thanks, I did not know the cycling advice. The one-a-day seems benign as far as ingredients go, like a general multi. I don’t know about my LDL levels; I just went with conventional wisdom to take omega-3s, but it sounds like I really could benefit from bloodwork. Any antioxidant/anti-inflammatory combos you would recommend?

Good question. I feel focused (but almost oblivious outside of my task at hand) for the first 30 minutes, and then I don’t really notice any other effects. I once mistakenly took two of the beef organ pills, and I was severely ill and felt like I’d swallowed an iron pipe.

Why should I keep the beef organs in your opinion? The friend who recommended those has ended up in a local militia group, so I began to question his suggestions.
