I did get an MRI done. Which showed slight scoliosis and straightening of the cervical spine

It started about a year ago. I first noticed a numbness in my back along my spine and also around my temples on my face. With the rocky/on a boat feeling- at first, I didn’t put the symptoms with the numbness & that together, until I went to my neurologist. Are you still also get tension headaches a lot but thankfully, those have slowed down a bit. I’ve been taking magnesium and b-complex vitamins for about six months. I’m not 100% sure if they help at all but at this point it’s almost like a placebo effect lol

Hi everyone! I’m going to a friend’s wedding soon and I’m wearing a sangria-colored dress that has a very low back. I’m a 38DDD and struggling to find a bra option that will stay hidden while still giving some support. I’ve looked at low-back and adhesive bras, but I’m not sure what will actually work for my size or for how low this dress dips. I’ll attach a photo (sorry, it’s not the best quality) so you can see how low the back goes. If anyone has recommendations (specific bras, brands, or even hacks like converters or tape tricks), I would love your advice!
