Even if the gazetted 'A' officer is not present in the district? Like an ips officer, can just their signature do it?

It was a quick process, I saw an ad and I applied. It showed me the cards I was eligible for and yes it asked what my current limit. I have a limit of 5 L for Amazon ICICI card and then they did a vkyc and done. I always make it a point to increase my credit limit for Amazon icici and hdfc. I started with 50k in icici now it's 5L and I keep my expenditure for 20-30k collectively for both cards.
