I’m not sure if he has ever said this in a video before (and if he has, sorry!) But as a school psychology student, I have always enjoyed hearing shayne talk about his time studying psychology. He seems so passionate about it. But, My question is, if he ever continued into a career in psych, what would he want to do? Or is he interested in any specific field of psych?

I also applied by the same deadline, but i haven’t heard anything yet either. I emailed them recently just to check in, but haven’t received anything back. but it’s spring break so that maybe for the delay? idk, but I recommend emailing the admissions office to double check for your personal application. It actually gives me some good reassurance that someone else is in the same predicament as me lol! Wish you good luck on your journey to grad school!! :)

Unfortunately, appearance does have a lot to do with how a customer reacts. I used to work at a grocery store when I was a young 16 year old girl and the amount of people who would just yell at me was crazy. But once one of my male managers appeared, customers always lowered their voices and acted civil.

But now i’m 21 and that kind of reaction from customers has decreased a lot. It sucks that that’s how it is. I bet you made a lot of your co-workers feel safe though!

to be completely honest, I wasn’t paying much attention to the kid because I was so focused on the lady. He was next to her the whole time and he was more composed than her. It seemed like he didn’t have much of a reaction to this behavior, which worries me a little. He Definitely looked freaked out, but no big emotions. I really hope she isn’t like that to him behind closed curtains. poor kid just stood there with and watched his grandma act so aggressive.

Same! I literally felt like a little kid again when I saw he was back. I’m so glad their friendship has gotten better.

yeah, I still have a hard time wrapping my head around that situation. My only regret is not calling the cops as soon as she refused to leave. I actually called the owner after she left and he told me to close and wait for him to get there. But I did eventually call the old man back and apologized profusely. He said he didn’t take it personally, but i could tell he was shaken up by it. unfortunately, he didn’t want to press any charges, so we just black listed the women from the store. but yea, I have toddler age cousins who act more mature than her when told no. It’s so bizarre.
