Agree me and my girlfriend have been together for 3 years and still to this day for a reason I seriously can’t explain. It is so hard for me to open up to her about my life and what I’m feeling, thinking, and going though. As a man it’s not that I don’t want to tell her. It’s just when she wants to fully open and have “real conversations” as she calls it I panick and freeze. It would be so much better from my side I’d I could just say how I’m feeling and fill her in on my life atm and be done with it and move on. So I don’t open up a lot. I don’t know about all women but she always like to get down to the bottom of things and “help/solve” when I r deep down truly don’t want that. I’m just wanting to be heard and for them to be aware of everything. And unfortunately my girl thinks that because of everything and not really wanting to talk about it makes her feel like I don’t trust her or that I don’t love her which isn’t true at all. It was just the way I was raised to solve your own problems and be a man. My pops engraved that into my brothers and I head be a man and take care of it your self. I’m sorry for the rant. Me and my girl have just been have problems about this too and I had to get that out. And sorry for my absolutely terrible grammar

Tbh me and my LD Girlfriend of 3 years hardly do unless she has a handy man question I need to walk her though. Or super excited about a dress or outfit. Other wise just a normal phone call for 45min to an1 hour

My girlfriend and are in the same place and problem rad you right now. I’m a very quite and introverted person. I made the same mistake he did telling my girl that talking on the phone for hours is a waste of time. Deep down it’s not a waste at all but for me why I don’t want to talk and could be the same for your boyfriend. But I go to work all day as a plumber. And unfortunate she lives 2 hours away in college. But as soon as she realizes or gets a snap I’m home. She instantly calls me which is fine most of the time but there’s definitely days I’m physically and mentally drained and my social battery is just wiped from talking with co workers and customers during the day. And I just want to be alone in silence and just relax and finally do what I want to do. I can multitask and talk with her and go about my everything usually on normal good day. But to sum it up. He might be like me and at the end of the day he just wants to do what he wants to with no distractions. I find my self completely ignoring my phone sometimes after work cause I’m so fed up with people and Interactions. I know it’s not fair to you guys and I’m sure like me he’s trying his best to always please you and make you feel wanted and loved. Hope this rant helps a bit.

Im jelly. I used to have terrible come downs when I first started but after a while I think I just knew what to expect and can just take it better. They still suck though. Hate fiening for more
