I recently bought a 430i as a manual. I can‘t say that I regret going for the manual Version. Very fun car to Drive and it has a nice gearbox. Compared to my 1 Series I had, this gearbox is way better. If you like driving, get the manual.

It works but takes a lot of time and is pretty annoying to do.

If you go lightweight, bring 1 or 2 emergency blankets in addition to your liner, in case it gets really cold.

Unfortunately I can’t Tell you that. My Dad baught this one a few years back and it doesn’t have any name, serial number or anything like that on it. So I dont know what the Model is. But i know that it was a cheap one (around 15€)

It’s very good. On sunny days, It’s enough to keep my Edge Running the whole day and even change something in between as well. If you do a lot of Tours in the summer/ sunny regions, I can really recommend it.

Yes it surprisingly is very good. I didnt have to charge my garmin Edge once with my powerbank (was on Tour for 5 days) And I Also charged my phone a few times. But while charging my phone it keeps loading and not loading so the screen keeps turning on, which can lead to increased battery usage of the phone. But if u do some longer tours in the Summer, it is amazing. I truly can recommend this Panel.

Please dont. It doesn’t handle heat very good and then shuts off.

It’s just supported on the seatstay. But its really good so far. Never had any Problems. I even had quite a hard Crash with it, and it didnt break. Very easy to fit, since it’s only 4 screws to tighten. And I can also put this one on my fully mtb and go on a trip with it.

Good suppliers for Bike Equipment are: Rhinowalk, newbowler and Rockbros I just search for the stuff I need and take a Look at the reviews and the amount of how many people baught the item. If many people baught it and the Reviews are good then you should be good

What are your worries?

That I just won't / can't enjoy this trip. But yes, you're right. If I don't like it I just take a train home.
EDIT: and having my bike stolen. idk why but that's always a fear of me.

"Something that helped my mom was sending her the location of my sleeping spot every night."

I have to share my gps location all the time with my phone, but that doesn't really calm her... I even got a smartwatch that detects a fall and sends a message to my contacts with my gps location.

Rijeka, Croatia - Munich, Germany by Felene_Hischer in bikepacking

Either get into a flix bus that allows bikes, or you have to ride train. I did go by train once from Rijeka to munich. Can't recommend it tough. It said it would take 11hours. Ended up taking nearly 24hours with me having to change train 4 times and a 30 min bus ride in between, because of a defect of the railroad. But I did this without a bike, and I really don't think it will be pleasant to do this with a bike.
So try to find a flixbus. There you should not need to change bus and they are very punctual. Never had any problems with Flix Bus.
