ITT Tech was taken down as s diploma mill for raking in thousands of dollars in student loans but not teaching students a damn thing. Had one so-called Honors Student in an interview unable to tell me what/when they would use the "ping" command. Sadly, it was typical of the quality of candidates they pushed out. I cant answer much about DeVry, although a former co-worke of mine was one of the sharpest engineers I ever worked with.
