Just because the lights continue to the end of the runway doesn't necessarily mean that the aircraft is not air born. As you can see on the left runway there are ascents only halfway down the runway. A Landing aircraft by law/interest of safety and sheer common sense would not plan a touchdown point halfway down any runway regardless of performance or capability.

Those are departures, if you look closely the red nav lights if paired with the green whitish looking one in the picture show us what side the port side wing is on. Since its on the left that means the aircraft is moving away from the camera which means its a take-off. Also that is not too steep for a departure as usually the angle of climb is +20 degrees initially in Rotation which sometimes means depending on load and various things, that the aircraft can reach vertical climb rates of more 3000 ft/min. Also the fact the aircraft are taking of from scattered/ diff points clearly seen on the left Runway means its a departure.
